Building a Cooperative Framework for AI

CosyAI combines the organizational model of a multi-stakeholder cooperative with open-source and decentralized technology.

We have three main goals:

1. Enable safe access to AI and a fair share in the value it creates.

2. Build AI tools and specialized AI models for sincere cooperation.

3. Provide a distributed data and compute infrastructure for inference and training of AI models.

To make this happen, we are building a broad coalition of like-minded, small and medium-sized tech companies, cooperatives, researchers, activists, and developers who share a commitment to sincere human cooperation and the reduction of global inequality.

We build on more than a decade of insights from the Platform Co-op movement, as well as partners and technologies from the web3 and open-source communities.
